By accessing or using Uncensy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Uncensy, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current information • Maintain the security of your account • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for illegal purposes • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity • Attempt to access restricted areas • Reverse engineer or copy our technology • Use automated systems (bots) without permission • Share explicit content involving minors • Violate intellectual property rights Violations may result in immediate account termination.

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Uncensy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content • Use our trademarks without permission • Create derivative works • Remove proprietary notices Your conversations and customizations remain your property, but you grant us a license to provide the Service.

Credit purchases are: • Processed securely through Stripe • Non-refundable except as required by law • Subject to pricing changes with notice • Valid indefinitely unless account is terminated Subscription fees (when available) are billed in advance and automatically renewed.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may: • Modify or discontinue features • Perform maintenance with or without notice • Suspend service for violations • Change pricing with 30 days notice We are not liable for service interruptions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI companions are not substitutes for professional relationships or mental health services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNCENSY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or use • Damages exceeding amounts paid to us in the past 12 months Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time: • You: Delete your account in settings • Us: Terminate for violations or at our discretion Upon termination: • Your access ends immediately • Unused credits may be forfeited • Data is deleted per our privacy policy • These terms survive termination where applicable

Any disputes shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation 2. Binding arbitration (if negotiation fails) 3. Individual basis only (no class actions) Arbitration shall be conducted under AAA rules in San Francisco, CA.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.
